1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MedQprep ("we", "us", "our", or "Platform"). By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing any computer-based mock tests, previous year paper analytics, or study material on MedQprep (available via website and mobile applications), you ("User", "Student", or "Doctor") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, you must refrain from accessing or using MedQprep services.

2. User Account Registration & Security

• Account Eligibility: Users must be medical students, MBBS graduates, doctors, or aspirants preparing for competitive medical officer examinations (e.g. UPSC CMS, Medical Officer recruitment tests).
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (Name, Email ID, Phone Number, State, Medical College).
• Account Confidentiality: Your account login credentials (OTP/Password) are strictly personal and non-transferable. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities performed under your account.
• Single User Policy: Simultaneous logins or account sharing with other individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

3. Description of Platform Services

MedQprep provides medical exam preparation tools, including:

• Standard Computer-Based Test (CBT) mock exam simulators designed after the actual examination format.
• Previous Year Question (PYQ) paper archives, detailed answers, and high-yield standard textbook references (Harrison, Bailey & Love, etc.).
• Subject-wise and chapter-wise MCQ practice banks with analytics, bookmarks, and explanation notes.
• Performance analytics, test scoring, and progress tracking dashboards.

4. Subscription Plans, Pricing & Payment Processing

• Pricing: Prices for MedQprep subscription plans (e.g. 1-Month, 6-Month, 1-Year Pro Access) are listed on our Subscription Page in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). MedQprep reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
• Payment Gateway: All payments are securely processed via our integrated payment gateway partners. We support Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and authorized digital wallets.
• Free Trial & Expiration: Free trial access grants limited duration test attempts. Upon expiration of trial or paid plan, access to premium CBT tests and detailed explanations requires an active subscription.
• Taxes: All applicable taxes (GST) are included or itemized during the payment checkout flow.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Prohibited Uses

All content on MedQprep—including questions, mock test algorithms, explanations, graphics, design layout, branding, logos, and soft-copy references—is the exclusive intellectual property of MedQprep.

6. Disclaimer of Examination Body Affiliation

MedQprep is an independent online learning and examination preparation platform. MedQprep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), National Board of Examinations (NBE), National Medical Commission (NMC), or any government body. All exam names (e.g. UPSC CMS) are trademarks of their respective owners and used solely for identification and exam preparation purposes.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy Summary

8. Limitation of Liability

MedQprep services are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. While we make every attempt to provide accurate questions and reference explanations, MedQprep makes no warranties regarding guaranteed exam qualification or error-free continuous service. In no event shall MedQprep's total monetary liability exceed the actual subscription fee paid by the user for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to MedQprep shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
